What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are in South African ZAR.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. All orders are dispatched from our offices in Johannesburg daily, meaning delivery of your order will take between 2 - 3 working days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

If an item is faulty or you have made an error in your choice, please contact us at hello@babeniq.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and we will offer an exchange or refund of your payment upon inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be in its original condition – unused and unwashed.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please please contact us at hello@babeniq.com .

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage but we are exploring the possiblities.

Do you do custom orders?
Not at the moment but it's such a great idea we might look into doing so in the future.

Can I collect my package?
We are an online store and do not have a physical shop. If however there are special circustances when you need to pick up your order from our premises in Johannesburg, South Africa, please contact us and we will be happy to oblige.
